The Happiness Project

I was recommended this book and love it. NO I am not depressed and want to get happy. The author explains the same thing. The book is a year long project where the author, Gretchen Rubin, who considers herself a "happy" person tests out the wisdom of the ages, current scientific research, and lessons from popular culture on how to be happier. I am a sucker for self improvement books and this one is my favorite so far. She is so humble and honest with herself and her shortcomings and the research regarding people's levels of happiness is fascinating. So I hope to post little tidbits of what I have learned every now and then.
