Strawberry Jam
Some friends and I went to a u-pick strawberry farm and got strawberries for 1$ a lb. I got 5lbs. and made half sugar/half pectin/freezer jam. It is runny but that is the way I prefer it, then it is good on ice cream or in smoothies.
